Environmental Policy

Our position

Moving freight has an environmental footprint, and we take that seriously rather than treating it as someone else’s problem. Bidex Limitedis committed to reducing the impact of our operations wherever it’s practical to do so, and to complying with relevant environmental regulations as we grow.

What that means in practice

• Planning routes to reduce unnecessary mileage, empty running, and fuel use across the journeys we coordinate.
• Favouring well-maintained, fuel-efficient vehicles among the carriers and partners we work with.
• Reducing packaging waste in our warehousing and fulfilment operations, and handling waste streams responsibly.
• Reviewing our practices as we scale, rather than treating this as a one-off statement.

Where we are today

We’re a young company built substantially on subcontracted haulage capacity. We don’t yet hold a formal environmental certification, and we won’t claim one we don’t have. As we build out our own fleet and operations, we intend to formalise this policy further and measure our impact more rigorously.
